Lawyer MCLE Workshops for Attorneys
Continuing Legal Education Training

We can work with your law firm in creating a specific program for training your associates and potentially being accredited by the state Bar Association allowing the participants to gain knowledge as well as MCLE credits helping them in multiple ways. Likewise, we have some classes from time to time that may not be associated with a specific firm.

For firms, having more entertaining and engaging training programs can help enhance knowledge retention and improve the skills of the personnel involved.

Lawyer MCLE Training Workshops for Law Firms

Attorney Continuing Legal Education Programs

they improvDeveloping the skills required for being a quality attorney takes a lot more than is taught in law school. There are a variety of soft skills and analytical techniques that are simply not dealt with in more traditional training methods. To really stand out from the crowd of lawyers and to make a real difference, additional skills training through our programs can help provide that edge that you are looking for.

THEY improv provides classes for a variety of skills training for attorneys seeking to enhance their abilities. Many of these are potentially available to gain MCLE Credits for the course and we can apply for such authorization. This can be for a variety of customized programs or for programs that have already proven useful for a variety of clients.

Each state Bar Association has their own standards and requirements for applying for MCLE Credit for classes. This means that while a class that we have provided in another state may have been approved for MCLE Credit, it might not have similar credit in another state. Likewise, the winds of change occur and there is no guarantee that a prior program will be re-authorized for credits.

Given enough lead time, we can apply for pre-approval and so we can get authorization as a part of our agreement to teach at your firm. This would allow offering the class to all associates with the knowledge that the program will result in such credits.

There are some instances that we will provide such classes for the public. This means that attorneys that aren't part of a specific firm will be able to attend and gain credits. Similarly, this will be done where we would apply for such status prior to marketing the class. This might be done through other agencies or Chambers of Commerce.

We look forward to discussing a program for your law firm to make this program a reality. Simply work with us to come up with a program that meets the requirements for the Bar while developing the skills that you would like to be part of a program for your firm.
