Group dynamics and bonding are made easier when motivating by engaging the competitive spirit. A Law Office Scavenger Hunt divides employees into teams and they are given tasks to accomplish. They compete for points and to win! We can also add team building elements that would make it more of an Amazing Race.

MINI-OLYMPIAD

Having groups of your staff competing in a collection of fun and challenging games is a gret way to bond employees! There's one team per challenge for a set period of time and they rotate. We also have options for all kinds of locations and venues to take advantage of beaches, ski resorts, and out in nature.

This can include basic elements such as conducting interviews and communication classes, or can be much more nuanced for even the most seasoned professional such as jury science and analyzing the human brain. With advanced notice, we can work with a firm to submit summaries of the workshop for approval for obtaining credit for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. All of this is done in an environment of humor, helping turn the chore of continuing education into a benefit firms can offer to their Associates and can have the added benefit of bonding the staff
