Using Status. Often overlooked in the legal profession is simply the way that people carry themselves. There are a variety of ways to convey status and gravitas. This can relate confidence, strength and innocence. This can also come across as arrogance and contempt. Understanding the nature of status can assist in gaining advantage throughout the legal process.

Presentation Skills. There is nothing more iconic than the picture of an attorney standing tall and advocating for their client. While this is true, the amount of detailed training to enable an attorney to understand the way they are perceived is sorely lacking. This training assists lawyers in understanding how even the smallest movement can be viewed and practical situations are provided to help improve performance.

Oratory - Opening and Closing Statements. Beyond simple presentation skills, understanding the specific requirements for quality oratory are key to swaying jurors.
